EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP TEAM
Gateway Community Church is shepherded by a plurality of vocational and nonvocational elders who oversee the church and work together to fulfill Christ’s mission for the local church. This includes our pastors (who serve vocationally) and the Executive Leadership Team (who serve nonvocationally) and are responsible for accountability and governance at Gateway. Executive Leadership Team: Wayne Boswell, Stephen Burnette, Phillip Jordan, Thayer Stamper, Carl Wyatt.
DEACONS
Deacons at Gateway Community Church serve to alleviate and assist the pastoral burden of “caring for the flock of God. Practically, deacons lead the whole church in meeting one another’s needs and promoting health and unity within the church as we all strive to love one another.
